The importance of zero emissions day

September 21st is Zero Emissions Day. So why are we talking about it? A lot of our supporters and followers drive cars, and driving cars contributes to carbon emissions in our atmosphere. This is where we come in—trees improve air quality by removing carbon from the atmosphere. Eden Reforestation Projects wants to take care of our planet, and one way we can do that is by planting trees.

You can take care of the planet, too. And we have a way for you to go above and beyond. Did you know that you could offset your car’s carbon emissions for a whole year for only $10?

Every donation of $10 plants 100 trees and provides a day’s employment for the local community in our project nations. We care about the well-being of the people who live in our project nations. By employing them to plant trees, we help boost their economy, provide for their families, and restore their forests. Like we said, above and beyond.

So this Zero Emissions Day, by planting with us you can offset your car’s carbon emissions for a year, restore a forest, and provide employment to people living in impoverished communities. Now that’s something to talk about.

Spread the word and make a change today.
